「Beautiful lake home with plenty of water activities to enjoy.. kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and water toys. Very spacious. Large covered outdoor deck was great with some rainy days. Check in was easy. The hosts were very quick to reply with questions. Lots of parking space. Wonderful place!」

「We loved our stay here. Very cozy and the hosts were extremely accommodating! We had everything we needed, from the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. The view of the lake was perfect and there was a nice seeting area to watch the boats go by! 」

「We had a wonderful time at the cabin on Balsam Lake! The downstairs area was perfect for the kids and we had plenty to do between fishing and the kayaks. We braved the seaweed in the middle of the lake for a short swim but were happiest on top of the water. 」

「This stay was super convenient for a recent concert we went to. The house it’s self and setting are a bit unconventional but don’t let that deter you. It’s clean and friendly and the system of in and out is very organized. Home owner and son are very accommodating and patient with our energetic children. They even provide a nice little breakfast of fruit, cinnamon rolls and great coffee to send you on your way. I will definitely stay here again when in need of staying near Sommerset or even...

「This was our second stay and we already booked for next year. Great location for kids, sandy beach area and plenty of room to spread out indoors if the weather doesn’t cooperate (and we have 8 adults and 7 kids!). Clean and stocked, the lily pad was a huge hit! 」

「Wonderful home with space for all three families. We had 5 adults 6 kids and 2 dogs. The games were so fun and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking family meals. Great blankets to cozy up to too! We did need to buy dish soap but otherwise everything was fully stocked. The deck is very cozy with a relaxing view. Thank you for a memorable family vacation!」

「We’ve stayed at a few lake houses in a few different states, and this was hands down the BEST! Our hosts took care of everything. Matt went out of his way in his day off to teach us how to use the pontoon! The central air was perfect for hot summer days and nights! The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials for cooking in house. The porch and living room views of the lake were beautiful! They even provided snacks! So thoughtful and lovely!」
