「The environment was quiet and green so it was refreshing and relaxing to stay there. Also, the breakfast served was great as the portion is large. The staff smiled when they saw you which made you feel like respected. The facilities inside the room is adequate. However, there is a 15-min walk from bus drop-off point to this hotel so I recommend those who arrive Kalaw by afternoon can choose this hotel.」

「The stay is in general very good. Room in very good condition, nice decoration and foods are good. One comment on the service. Called front desk once around 10pm. No one answer.」

「Nice hotell with excellent service. Located away from the tourist attractions, but the hotel offers free shuttle into the centre. 」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Royal Kalaw Hills Resort. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the food is excellent and the service was personal and everyone was very attentive. Chozin, who manages the resort was particularly helpful and I could always count on her to help me in many capacities. Her English skills are very good and she was able to help tremendously. Thank you all for a lovely visit!」

「Comfortable environment with good scene. Quite and peace. Very good breakfast with nice staff. It's the best one in my two-week round trip in Myanmar.」
