連續二年同時段住這，都停留約10天之久。 但都無歷史記錄可查，以服務業而言，對『回頭客人』之之親切度感覺不夠溫馨。 相對別的Hotel都會說『welcome back』較感親切。

其他皆好，很棒！唯独晚上睡觉与浴室灯沒法分开开关，如使用浴室的人需要灯而要睡觉的人～不需灯的照明，无法同时滿足二区域的人，一关大灯则洽室就开不了灯 ，真伤脑筋～

屋内味道很重地毯很脏，我身上起了红包，好像是螨虫感染，空调也不好，制冷效果不好，需要清理或者加冷媒维护。

服務人員的素質跟效率有待提升，check in 才等一組人卻花了20分鐘等待，其中還有自己人再跟前台確認事情。這不是應該另外或私下確認嗎? 為什麼執勤的人正事不做卻在確認一些內勤事務? 如果這麼緊急，也應該請其他人員支援前台，而不是占用整個前台讓客人一直等待。飯店有分不同棟，指標不清楚人員也沒說明.... 非常建議隔開吸菸區，不要每次進出大門或在門口等待車子時都要不斷吸濃厚難聞的煙味，根本不是國際級酒店該有的制度跟環境 還有一早就被送洗衣物人員吵醒，因為他們逐間敲門詢問....即使你沒有要洗衣物 really annoying room service速度非常慢 房間本身寬敞舒適，整潔皆在標準之內

雖然住房登記等的有點久，但前台主動升等有客廳房，寬敞、舒適！ 早餐超級豐盛，好吃，而且高質感。

這次商務出差，跟客人應酬Check in時間是半夜2點。櫃檯只有一位服務員，但有幾組客人等Check in等待時間稍久。 但櫃檯人員詢問是不是覺得冷、主動升等房！真貼心。 每層樓有管制、升等房寬敞舒適、有客廳，飲料台，二套廁所，主臥室有一套完整的衛浴、泡澡浴缸，廁所、更衣室。棒極了！ 早餐餐廳自助式，多國料理，還有醒酒湯（韓國泡菜湯）真貼心、一掃前日宿醉的頭痛。
