Great staff and easy to get to the metro or use DiDi if needed. The property is dated but is clean so no issues. Plenty of options to eat around the hotel with a good mixture of different options of traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Bistro and a NYC style deli.

Friendly staff. Since our standard room was not ready, we were offered a free upgrade, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good - good variety. The indoor pool on the 21st floor, was enjoyed by our two girls. Location wise - there are two metro stations - 10 minutes walk. We took mainly taxis, which was very affordable and convenient.

Convenient for food options, walkable to metro and nearby malls. Room was bigger than most hotels but the flooring and kids bunk bed were creaky to walk and sleep on. Lighting in room can be a tad brighter. Mattress were hard and not of hotel standard. Housekeeping was great and clean. Staff are very helpful esp housekeeping and door concierge.

The hotel staff where very hospitable and supportive, we arrived on a 10 hour flight, arriving at 8am at the hotel and Valentino assisted in getting us checked in quickly, we also had special dietary needs and Nina was supportive in meeting those needs and having a separate pot for cooking vegetarian omelettes, Sam from Concierge supported us in our transit to Beijing, Eli also was extremely helpful in all our queries, brilliant staff, the hotel is also walking distance from shops and restaurants, a few halal options nearby, also very close to the metro and we used the metro for touring the city, ideal location

Smelly, but with very good service

High quality service, but horrible state of the hotel, with smell of cigarettes in most of the room sections, including the rooms. Obviously a very old hotel, with a slab of paint on it.
