Stayed for 10 nights in a room with Executive Lounge access. Room was clean if a little small. Breakfast in the lounge, as well as afternoon tea and the evening happy hour were lovely. The staff in the lounge, particularly Olivia, Sandie and Sean were all extremely helpful and great ambassadors for the brand. It’s a short walk through the park to Yili Road metro station (Line 10). I would definitely stay in the hotel again.

This is not a real 5 star hotel, or even 4 stars. The floor and room i ended up on had the smell of tobacco. The elevator interior is not well maintained. Fortunately the friendly staff was able to change my room.

The hotel is a bit dated, however the location is great for me. Particularly the lobby manager Angela was so impressive and very professional. Some staff at the club lounge were also friendly. The breakfast in the club lounge was limited.

As a regular hotel guest, the overall hotel staff demonstrate good quality, and the hotel rooms are always very clean. However the swimming pool needs to be upgraded. I would happy to use the facility in the future. The check out was quick, but the front desk staff was unenthusiastic. It needs to be improved. The hotel rate is also reasonable. I would still recommend this hotel.

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was perfect! The staff is always warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. The breakfast is excellent, fresh, tasty, and with a great variety each morning. It’s one of the things I always look forward to. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and every detail is well taken care of. I truly feel at home every time I stay here. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely keep coming back!
