It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

"The property was superb. A welcome pack was a nice touch. The view was amazing, watching boats come and go kept us amused for ages. The caravan was spotless, every utensil available and very comfortable. Definitely worth going back and being dog friendly is a bonus."

"St Lawrence Manor was the perfect place for our large group of 14 adults and 8 children. The place is massive and the grounds were excellent. We all had enough space to gather as a group, but could have our own space too. The games room with bar was the highlight and we loved the tennis court too. Some of the rooms/bathrooms could do with a refresh, but that didn’t effect our stay at all. The large kitchen and dining area was great and perfect for large meals together. "No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person."

"4 good sized bedrooms, very convenient to have the shower rooms and 1 bedroom on the ground floor as my mother would not have managed the stairs. Great facilities with lots of nice touches making it excellent value."

"This property was everything that we expected, at a good price in a fantastic location. We will definitely be staying here again. Our group ranging from 10 to 55 all had a great time, enjoying the hot tub and playing games in the large communal area. I would thoroughly recommend staying here."
