“Cute place very close to Judith Point lighthouse. Host was very helpful, sent regular emails to ensure smooth check in/out. If it’s your first trip to the area - beach access nearby is rocky, more for surfing, not beach sitting. No access to lighthouse (it’s on a secure location) but has a grassy overlook with benches.”

“Jaye is a great Host-Very accommodating. Clean bright rooms, A/C kept the whole place cool in spite of the outdoor temps. Living Rm and Kitchen were nice. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Thanks Jaye”

“The cottage was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family of four. It was more than comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was gracious and very responsive, which made the experience even better. We loved being just steps from a beautiful ocean view and so close to the beaches. We hope to stay here again one day!”

“All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!”

“House is very pretty and spacious.Communication could have been better. I used the VRBO portal to try to resolve a miscommunication two days before arrival and it took a day and a half to receive a response. Host told me I should have texted him but I was never provided his phone number.There are 5 heat pumps/AC split system units but only one controller provided. This negates the feature of having guests be able to independently set temperatures to be comfortable in the lower level. Be……

“This home is a wonderful location for a visit to Narrangansett and activities nearby, including easily walkable to the beach! The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very spacious. The large yard was relaxing, with two large tables to enjoy breakfast and other outdoor meals together. We also appreciated that there was lots of parking available at the house. Our group of women truly loved our visit and hope to return again in the future! Thank you so much for making our memorable……

“The property was very nice and accommodated us well. We had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed the location of the house which was close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was great! The park was nearby and very nice as well. My two comments would be the kitchen prep area was smaller than expected. We did pay for a late checkout but received a text our last morning that we were to check out at 10 am. , which was unexpected and had us hustling to get everything in……
