At first I thought the staff stole it as I went out for business during the day and left the envelope on the lamp table. the Assistant manager fervently denied this allegation instead of doing more to help me, so after the altercation I decided to seek official help. 「Reserved room was not ready when arrived so was given a different room after delay. They provided only one towel per person and will not provide more unless you pay for it.
