You get what you pay for.
Solo trip away diving, the hotel provided everything needed, Reasonably nice food, Beer, and a comfy bed. But in general the hotel is dated and quite tired, not somewhere that I would bring the wife for a holiday. But the staff were pleasant and helpful and it was value for money.

I enjoyed my stay at that hotel so much. The location was great just 20 minutes drive from airport (~£10 each way or 300 Egyptian pound). The staff and service were excellent and the option of all inclusive was great value for money and included free breakfast, lunch, snakes, dinner and alcoholic and none drinks (~35-40/day for 2 persons). The food was great with a lot of options and varieties. The hotel offered free beach and towels. The beach was few minutes walk. There was was outdoor pool and spa facilities. Highly recommended.

.The staff it's really kind (as all egyptian people to be honest) .The food is pretty good and delicious, I dont understand why people complain about the fact that "it's always the same food", its a buffet, what did you expect? Also they change the main dishes during the week .There are 3 little shop for souvenir, water and food inside the hotel and the owners are really kind and beautiful people, the prices are fixed and fair, we bought a ton of fresh water from them (which is handy because the rooms have a refrigerator). .There's a stand for organising the tours around sharm which seems pretty good but we booked before knowing it so i cant say a lot about it, but the owner helped us with the taxi to return to the airport and gave us a really cheap price. .The room is big enough and beautiful BUT (and this is probably the only bad part of this hotel) the bathroom isn't really clean, not that they dont clean it (they come to clean once a day) but the furnitures are old and should really be changed, anyway there are some bathroom inside the hotel which are new and if you dont like yours you can use that without a problem. .The hotel is located at the beginning of the main road of naama bay so there's police around there, it helps for feeling safe but to be honest after a week i can say "it's not needed" because we felt safe every time, as i said Egyptian people are really kind and easygoing. with 10 min walk you can reach the shops in the main road and the beach

Budget living for fair price
This is definitely a budget living, if a room for a fair price is all you need then it’s ok. But expect no extras. Seems to be catering for the local market rather than international travel. And what’s up with the pool music playing from 10AM to 10PM…?

Excellent employees, Perfect location.
Excellent customer service. Employees were super nice and very hard working. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options and choices. They are not planning to expand and remodel the hotel with completely new segments with new rooms and a swimming pool.

Ab 9.30 morgens lief lautstark Musik bis Abends. Nicht für Familien mit kleinkinder oder langschläfer geignet.Man kann nicht ausschlafen. Hotel ist sehr alt. Der Hotel Manager Tamer war sehr gut und hilfsbereit. Anonsten kein Luxus. Für paar Tage ist es okey.

Sharm revisited
I checked into this hotel as planned and was happy with that. The room was not as good as I had previously in 2017. However, as this Hotel is so near the action/attractions of Naama Bay, I was happy and the staff are brilliant. After the hiccup of not having a basic necessity like toilet rolls, and no hot water, I enjoyed my stay. But if it's luxury you want, then don't stay here. I found the ACE animation team very friendly The consensus of opinion is that the Naama Blue Star is better than the Falcon.

Very bad hotel. Not reach one star
Very much dirty. Not clean. Every thing bad. Soon as we arrived to the hotel we couldn't stay for more than 15 mints. That hotel impossible to reach 1 star not three. We cancelled the reservation at the time and booked another hotel. We did lost our money as non refundable but we couldn't believe we can spend our holiday in this hotel

Плохой отель, с грязными обшарпанными номерами, которые не убирают. Через четыре дня проживания не вытерпел и сказал уборщику номеров, что у меня за дверью лежит окурок от сигареты.Окурок убрали, но мусор, который также находился за дверью так и остался там лежать на протяжении всех 17 дней, что я там жил. Вода в бассейне была мутной на протяжении всего моего прибывания. В отеле отдыхает очень много местного населения, видимо поэтому администрация не утруждает себя приведением отеля в нормальное состояние.

Busboy wanted to fight with me and staff are very rude that the manager had to apologize to me. No visoters are allowed in the hotel or near your room. Security are following certain forgeiners cause they are acting as religion police. Staff very rude.

We liked the hotel very much. There are a lot of options in Sharm and we picked this one because the price was great, and we didn't get disappointed. Most of the staff members are very helpful, some are more efficient than others, but at the end, the job gets done. We had a couple of problems with the room, but they were fixed promptly and effectively. We stayed 3 nights with half board, but at the end we were thinking we should've bought the all-inclusive option. You can also buy the lunch separately and the price is very affordable compared to other restaurants in Sharm. We thought the food at the restaurant was great. I bought the VIP massage for my wife and she didn't find it great compared to other massages she's had before, but the price was good. (I thought it was kinda expensive for Egypt) The hotel has a tour office and the prices are competitive, but we bought most of our tours from another tour office nearby. Hotel is in a quiet section of Naama Bay, but it's only short walk from the restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We were actually able to get some rest in this hotel because of this... no mosques around, no bars around, and they turn off the pool music around 10pm, so that was great. If we ever have the chance to go back to Sharm (there are a few things we didn't do because of time), we would definitely consider this hotel again. Great price, great food, good rooms.

Fin privat strand. Stas at hotellet deler ut rene strandhåndklær gratis hver dag. Hotellet ligger tilbaketrukket for støy fra både trafikk og diskotek. Strålende service, spesielt vaskepersonale som er så oppfinnsomme med ulike figurer av håndklærne hver dag - enten vi husket tips eller ei :-) Svært mange gjester tømmer buffeen for mat og kaster minst 80% av den maten de hentet. Hotellet bør finne en løsning på det. Vet ikke om det er fordi vi ikke tilhører gruppen som kaster mat, men vi får strålende service på restauranten når vi spør etter det vi trenger. Istedenfor det lange kakebordet til hvert måltid kan man kanskje ha litt mer frukt og evt. is???

Room was dirty..sheets had hair and stains.. food was disgusting.. manager could care less.. Left after first night.. booked for 3 days no refund ..apology or even cared why we were leaving... still charged me for the coffee and bread we ate. shower broken ...tv from 1975...we brought giant towels with us and covered bed to sleep on ...its a kilometer from bsach... but for double the price you can stay at a 4 star hotel on the beach. ..with nice beds clean rooms ..polite friendly staff ...price not worth the lack of hospitality or dirty rooms ...I was there only one day but could go on and on what a disaster this place was... every time I left hotel some guy asked me" where you go??"... as if i was a prisoner and we also had to wear their plastic bracelets? said all hotels did this.. well not at the Marriott.. they didn't make me wear one. Never listen to someone when they say "it's cheap hotel but really good" now I book only one day at unknown hotels so when I go on vacation in case I don't like hotel I won't lose the other booked days..

posizione buona,esclusimamente ospiti egiziani/e che fanno il bagno vestite(ridicolo),hotel tutto sommato decente ma i servizi pessimi: WI.FI orribile,TV.in camera senza canali italiani oltre a vedersi malissimo,cibo sempre uguale con troppe spezie per noi immangiabile,personale gentile,in reception nessuno parla italiano,piscina bella e piacevole,la spiaggia riservata all hotel presenta dei lettini con ombrelloni credo i piu brutti di tutta sharm. ( rotti scrostati con i materassini strappati).Comunque,noi abbiamo passato al Falcon naama 3 settimane dal 2 ottobre al 23 ed e" stato piacevole tutto sommato si dice COME SPENDI MANGI,ed e" proprio cosi",gli aspetti proprio negativi in pratica sono 3 : cibo,tv.,wi-fi. Consigliarlo ad un amico non me la sentirei.

Hotel non grandissimo ma veramente carino ed in posizione strategica per le uscite a naama bay. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, molti parlano italiano anche molto bene. Unico neo la mancanza di trasporto da e per l'aereoporto con navetta dell'hotel, ma facilmente risolvibile in maniera autonoma con un taxi al costo massimo di circa 4 euro.

Prezzi bassi Personale che lavora all'interno veramente disponibile nonostante la gente lamenti problemi legati alla smagnetizzazione della card all'ingresso della room complimenti a tutto il personale. Problemi con l'acqua calda che arriva dopo molti minuti ma arriva..ripeto siamo in una struttura a 3 stelle. Vicinanza dal centro. Bella piscina ma fredda ci sarebbe da ristrutturare la parte esterna ed invogliare più' la gente a frequentarla ma con una piscina gelida e' difficile. Mangiare: il cibo e' sempre bene o male lo stesso riso, pollo, pesce e trovo un po ridicolo che il pollo e il pesce venga servito col dal cuoco con pezzi contati scoraggiandoti a mangiarlo visto che ho pagato all inclusive. Il cibo e' sempre lo stesso ma io ho mangiato spesso fuori.... Vicinanza al centro a piedi 4 minuti. Bar interno che pur avendo l'all inclusive ogni cosa che gli chiedi o dice non l'ho oppure ci mette 1 ora a farla e lo sbaglia. Barista del bar piscina veramente grandioso un ragazzo educato e bravo nei cocktail. Animatori che fanno quello che possono..mancano i turisti italiani...ti cercano di convincere per andare a ballare con loro nelle varie discoteche agli inizi con un po di invadenza...ma sono simpatici..poi capiscono.. Consiglio questo hotel hai giovani ma non alle coppie visto che le camere non sono un gran che..ma ero consapevole. Visto il prezzo per natale e capodanno al caldo lo consiglio ma solo per single o gruppo di amici. Spero lo ristrutturin
