Hotel is nice as per budget. Location is great close to the center of Nama Bay I haven’t used beach down there but you can relax in hotel facilities which are still fine. Rooms could be a bit more renovated but is a budget hotel so. Friendly staff

Don’t stay at this hotel. Extremely filthy. Bathroom and shower. Cockroaches and weird bugs. The air conditioner in the room was broken and it was over 90°. They attempted to fix it for three days and it still is not fixed. Very tormenting situation. The staff are friendly and tried to help. Overall, it’s not worth the headache that you’re gonna encounter.

Room Condition: The room is in serious need of renovation. The carpet is extremely dated, appearing to be from the 1990s, and the flooring was not properly cleaned. The minibar was not functioning. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud yet failed to cool the room adequately. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team were polite, respectful, and friendly their service deserves recognition. Overall: This hotel used to maintain a very high standard in the past. The room offers fair value for the price, yet with just a little more care and attention, the standard could once again be excellent. Urgent improvements are needed in front desk professionalism and room maintenance. Despite agreeing on an early departure with the management, the hotel has so far refused to refund any of the paid amount or offer any compensation for the experience.
