「I booked a room, but the front desk was very rude and I had to wait 30 minutes before I could check in.」

「The room was clean and the shower was great for a handicapped traveler like me. The staff was terribly unresponsive. The laundry center had one washer and one dryer. The dryer lint screen was broken and needed replacement. The laundry center was locked from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Breakfast was very minimal. I doubt I would return to this site.」

「很nice的前台。」

「Everything was as listed. The house was very clean and close to all of food and activities. Great accommodation!」

「The place was spotless and comfortable. The beds have high quality mattresses!」

「The house was super clean and Katherine communicated very well.」

「The house looks like the photos and the kitchen is really nice. Other parts of the house could use some TLC. Outside the house the garbage can was full & stinky and there were cardboard boxes on the ground. We could not get the key lockbox to open. I tried calling the owner but her phone wasn’t taking calls. I sent a message through VRBO and she responded saying that it was pretty hot and maybe that’s why the box wouldn’t open. We had been on the road from Waco and were hot & tired ourselves....

「Cute and clean with great extra house amenities. Beds were comfortable, and Matt was attentive and accommodating.」

「just a few suggestion for the host, needs to leave instructions in the house on how to work the hot tub and what needs to be done when leaving. it also sleeps 8 which we were but the kitchen table only sits 4 very small and no bar stools at the bar.」

「My wife and I stayed in the spotted Leopard for a week. We were supposed to have a different room but they doubled booked. The listing stated the location sleeps two. However there were only a twin bed. The room itself was small but nice. The sleeping arrangements was terrible for two people.」

「I arrived but the place was not there! I called and texted the host twice with no response. After waiting 15 minutes with no answer, I contacted Vrbo. They were unable to reach the host. After waiting 45 minutes at the location I finally gave up. The host finally texted me almost 2 hours later stating they had sold the business!」

「Be warned, I’m sure the owner is well-meaning but she doesn’t appear to be very organized. This property was booked by another family through another site during our stay so we had to find a last minute hotel instead. Still waiting on refund almost a week later.」
