"This property is very close to the beach on a quiet dead-end street. The beach is withing walking distance. It was very clean and adequately equipped. Owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Being only the second quests for this rental, there were a few minor things that the owner is happily addressing to make the next guests stay even better.
