One lady member of staff was exceptionally helpful and kind she was on duty Thursday morning and afternoon always asked if there was anything she could do for us greeted with a very pleasant smile. When we arrived no disabled friendly room had I got a response when I emailed in September I would have changed to a different hotel. No plugs for medical equipment causing me to collapse on wed night no fridge to keep medication in bed was awful no toilet paper had to buy our own even after requesting some. Room too hot even with fan on and window open shower not accessible and when I use aids nothing to hold on to very dangerous. Doors had to be forced open to get in had I not paid in advance I would not have stayed and travelled home same day definitely not staying there ever again and would certainly advise anyone thinking about this hotel who has disabilities don’t bother
