“This trip was for our extended family including 10 people ages 18-??. This house is located about 1/2 mile up a windy road above the race brook lodge's main facilities. Everyone loved the secluded location with beautiful views of the mountains out of main living area and 2nd floor. “This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. “Everything was absolutely wonderful!Amanda and Ed were amazing!!I asked a lot of questions as usual lol and they got back to me immediately. We felt safe. The home was cozy, clean and very accommodating. My husband was so excited. He caught a large mouth bass within minutes. Catch and release of course. They even bought two dog toys for each of our pups which they loved… it was so sweet! We would definitely go back there!”

“We stayed at Ray's house in August 2025 for two nights -- two adults 8 year old twins. It's a great house! Perfect size for us with very comfy beds.
