「I stayed here for four days. This was the first time I stay with this hotel and surprisingly found it was best value for money. Very convenenint location, with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and very close to subway stations. Will come back definitely next time.」

「We stayed in a suite for two weeks, the room is spacious and the bed and pillows are very comfortable and my thanks to those staff who did a good job for tidying up the room everyday. Also, the room given was on high floor which means you could view both the specular Victoria Harbour and the hills, the evening city view from the window is most enjoyable. The location is great, walkable distance to the MTR station and the tram stop is just within 100m away. The property is well built, however...

「I booked a 4-day, 3-night stay and was scheduled to check out on Monday. However, on Sunday (the day before checkout), the hotel locked my room without my permission! Their explanation was absurd: they claimed that because my stuff hadn't moved, they assumed I had left. This is a huge violation of privacy. Management didn't care at all and gave a very lazy response. Save your money and avoid this place!」
