"Really convenient to UMass campus and Amherst. Rooms and bathrooms were large but note that walls are very thin. Luckily our neighbors were considerate! Breakfast had good options. Only con was that Fox News was blaring through breakfast which made a bad start to the day."

"We stayed on the second floor. It was nice, but there were other guests outside being VERY loud during the evening, making it hard to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. When we got there the tv wasn’t working, but it was promptly fixed, so no complaints. We will stay again and just hope those guests aren’t there at the same time. LOL"

"This place was a real find. Clean room. Spotless, generous and comfy bedding better than hotel chains (lots of pillows, extra blanket). More than enough towels. We didn't have to request ANYTHING. Walmart and supermarket 5 minutes away. Amherst College and UMass are a little farther away than where we usually stay, but the drive was WAY more convenient and much prettier with less traffic. Smith College about 10 minutes away. Loved it!"
