「The host was wonderful, helped with answering questions and issues regarding the app for the door lock. Issues were not their fault. Tv remotes had no batteries, had to purchase some. Cable wasn’t working, discovered it had been disconnected from tv. Queen beds felt like they were actually full size. Disappointed to discover hot tub was only seasonal and the cabin wasn’t as close to the lake as we thought it would be from pictures/description.」

「There was an issue with air conditioner (We had to spaces. One was freezing, the other not so much.) when we called the front desk, she explained the issue and how we could resolve it in minutes. Very helpful, and kind! We mentioned having a child who doesn't do well on stairs, and it was automatically moved to a spot without stairs! So simple and easy! Clean space, etc. I was under the impression it would be 1 suite with 2 bedrooms, it was in fact, two separate spaces, I guess 1 suite, but...

The place was very clean, comfy, and in a great location — only about 20 minutes from the park, which made it super convenient.
