「If you haven't checked out the Harris Neck Nature Reserve you should, in fact go a couple of times- you'll see different birds and wildlife at various times of the day. At dusk you might find an alligator in your path, so keep your eye open. If that's too much wildlife for you grab a cold drink and great meal at Hunter's Cafe!」

「Best fishing trip ever. Beautiful sunsets. Cozy cottage. We caught a flounder, whiting, shrimp and crab from the dock. Cleaning station at the dock. We brought our own kayaks, but didn’t use them because there was not a close boat launch. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Stores are not close, but we brought our own food and ate at a local restaurant one evening. We would love to visit again soon.」

「What a pleasant location and experience. Darien Ga is a cute small, pretty town. The hotel was right on the river and if you book a balcony room you have a beautiful view, The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and and roomy. Also my wife left her watch in the room after we checked out and on our way to NY. The housekeepers were honest enough to turn it in to the front desk which we greatly appreciated.」

「Donald and Sheryl were the best hosts. They left snacks and some bottled water. They met us when we arrived and gave suggestions to restaurants near there. We didn’t cook but from what I can tell they had everything one would need. There fire pit and chairs were great. They were behind the camper so it was kinda private. The sweetest dogs and a quiet community. We hope to stay with them again. My only beef about the trip was that I was charged a $1,500 damage deposit and those do not usually...

「Quiet location. Cute house. All the important stuff was clean, just the baseboards, corners, and Venetian blinds needed a a good cleaning. Pet friendly but instructions said we couldn't leave him unattended so we had to take him to our son's house when we went out. Glad that was available to us. But all considered it was a great stay.」
