「We enjoyed the most wonderful week at the Huckleberry Cabin. We love the peaceful surroundings, the porch swing, the hammocks, the hot tub nestled in a lovely garden, the many beautiful artistic touches on the property. We were able to really relax. The hosts provided everything we needed to make a fire in the fire pit, so we relaxed by the fire and ate our messy, delicious S'mores. We loved the sandwiches and ice cream at the nearby Olympic Bakery. Each day we found a beautiful new place to go...

「Would rate the overall experience as a 6 out of 10. Okay but not great. Property is a bit run down especially the backyard area. Both sliding screen doors fell off the tracks, neither bathroom sink had a drain stopper. Kayaks are a nice touch unfortunately it's a tuff job to get them down to the water and even tougher to get them back to the house. Internet service was good and the TV worked great.」

「Sweet little house and a smooth process of renting. Great automated communication through Vacasa. House has a happy atmosphere & is well maintained inside and out. Not a ton of cooking supplies so be sure to bring your own if you are making big meals at the house. We were so thankful to have a beautiful and relaxing vacation on the water. 「My son & I had a wonderful stay on the LYLA, located in the heart of historic Gig Harbor. Nestled between 7 Seas and The Tides Tavern, this beautifully refurbished yacht was thr perfect spot. 「We decided to try a boat instead of a hotel for our stay in Gig Harbor. What a fabulous experience it was. The boat was a classic wood hull and interior, beautifully restored, with everything working perfect. Michelle was an amazing host, extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The setting in Gig harbor was spectacular, views, wildlife....lot's of stuff to do..and within walking distance to the historic downtown waterfront area. HIGHLY recommend you give one of their 3 boats a try!!」

Enough space and activities for the kids but leave them at home and enjoy the views and the solitude yourself! This is a top end property. 「The house is nice, has everything you need more or less. Would have enjoyed the hot tub more if it was maintained better (weird smell, maybe not enough chlorine or something). 「Great place to stay while going to Olympic National Park. The little town center of Hoodsport was about 30 min away and had a grocery store and cute little coffee shop that we went to most days. Plenty of space and the backyard has an amazing view of the lake.」

「This property is elegantly decorated yet cozy. All of us enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and playing games. I played the baby grand and we had some sing-alongs and ping pong matches. It was the oerfect place to celebrate my son's graduatuin from PLU with his MBA. I highly recommend the North 47 taphouse down the road too. Thank you for a lovely time!!」

「This house fit all 9 of us comfortably. The old house is a little creaky, but has lots of character. Having three bathrooms was a plus! It has absolutely everything. All the kitchen stuff you would need, lots a games and puzzles, a large deck and yard with lots of outdoor furniture and even a propane heater and fire table. We stayed there for my son's wedding at Thornewood Castle, and my whole family had a great time.」
