「This place was pretty much as advertised. There were no surprises and the pictures were representative of all the great things about this place. A couple of surprises and benefits to this place: The beds are extremely comfortable. There is plenty of firewood that you will not have to worry about bringing any at all. The fire pit was great. The arcade offers plenty of room for all to relax and enjoy themselves. The river is so clear and refreshing. We tubed one day and kayaked down the river...

「The cabin was very clean and cozy. The drive up the mountain to the cabin was fun and beautiful. It was very secluded! In four days there, we had only one vehicle go by the cabin. The hot tub and fire pit were great. The game shed looked awesome, however, we did not use it. This a great spot close to the Luray Caverns and some great restaurants. If you love the "Dukes of Hazzard" there is a museum called Cooters that is close and worth stopping to see. Tommy was great and if we come back to...

「This was our second stay at the Hobbit House, and it was just what we needed. All we did was relax on the screened-in porch, relax in the hot tub, and relax watching movies. It was perfect in every way. The Hobbit House was spotlessly clean, comfy, cozy, and just a delight to visit. Will definitely want to stay again/100」

「Lovely clean cabin in the woods for a nice getaway. Everything was as described and as shown in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is all clean and comfortable, the game room is a fun little bonus. Bruce was great communicating before and during our stay. The cabin is located 30 minutes from the park entrance and 1 hour from Big Meadows and the Dark Hallows Trail. The roads were no problem for our AWD vehicles, but it was nice and dry when we were there. 「Lovely location on the river. Fire pit, screened shelter overlooking the river, hot tub, sauna. Pool table and tv room in a separate building, keeps noise out of the house. Didn't spend the extra 300 to heat the pool, instead went to the water park. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family of 10. Kitchen and cooking supplies were good. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was very low, but the dish washer worked fine. Wifi was good. Variety of coffee makers.ALL IN ALL A VERY NICE STAY.」

「We can't say enough great things about this cabin. Check in was simple, the cabin is clean and comfortable, and the hot tub is amazing. The hosts are very quick to respond to messages when necessary, and were kind enough to let us know that our check out day was available and allowed us to extend our stay, which we did! All in all, it was perfect for our small family of 3 (plus our dog) and are planning our next visit here next year.」
