“**Very Disappointing Experience — Would Never Stay Here Again** My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from beginning to end\. The staff was not helpful at all\. I called the front desk several times, and no one answered the phone\. We were staying on the 5th floor, and the elevator was already extremely slow and clearly needed maintenance\. To make matters worse, I stayed for three nights, and on our last night, the power went out\. The front desk staff did not seem concerned or……

“The room was clean, bathroom small, and the check-in was just okay. The guy at the front desk when we arrived was slammed due to 2 other employees now showing up and he was the only one there, so he was less than happy. When we went up to our room, it had a horrible almost electrical smell happening in there and there was no way we could stay in there. I HATED going back and telling the front desk guy this cause he was already not happy.....and doubted he would move us, but he did. He put us……

“The Rooms were clean and comfortable, however, one of the reasons we chose this place was a restaurant was in the description of the amenities. Unfortunately the fact that the restaurant was only open for dinner on the weekends. There were no other options in the area.”
