"Informationen på hemsidan var missvisande bland annat påstod hotellet att rummet var utrustat med tvättmaskin, torktumlare, vattenkokare osv. Ingenting stämde. Det värsta var städningen. Vi bytte rum på grund av städningen var undermålig. Andra rummet var värre. Badrumsgolvet var fullt med hår och täcket hade blodfläckar. Matsalen var smutsig. Kaffefläckar och matrester överallt trots att vi var en av de första gästerna i matsalen. Troligen hade matsalen inte städats efter gårdagen....

"I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Durrës. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, and the cleanliness across the whole resort was outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the pools were beautiful and well maintained. The beach was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, the food fell short of the rest of the experience and didn't quite match the high standards set elsewhere in the resort. A few improvements in the dining options would make this a truly five-star stay."

"This place has the luxury of a boutique hotel with the ambiance of albanian hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, clean and unique, breakfast was delicious and fresh, but most of all the team & staff were lovely. It's family owned and the sons who work the front desk are the absolute kindest. Would highly recommend. Shume Faleminderit per gjithcka <3 Ps. the location is PERFECT! walkable to all the attractions or tour meet up locations. Additionally, even though it was right in the heart of the city, it was still peaceful."
