“As long-time fans of Hilton worldwide, our recent stay at the Hilton Shenzhen Futian was highly disappointing. We encountered a foul-smelling toilet and a face towel reeking of cigarette smoke. While the friendly and helpful staff were a bright spot, we expect a 5-star brand like Hilton to address these issues and improve.”
