"Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was ok not the best but not the worst we have had. Our bed was a bit worn as it sunk down in the middle. Apart from those minor things we really enjoyed our stay."

"Great stay. Really lovely service and buffet breakfast. Room was nice and clean. We stayed in the Remarkables View King room, and whilst the view in the distance was amazing, you do look down onto another building, an empty pool, carpark and unfortunately they were doing some renovations during our stay so the big white covered structure was a bit of an eye sore from our rather pricey room."

"Here's a polished rewrite: We stayed for two nights and, although we hadn't booked a car park and they were fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to sort one out for us.We upgraded to the Penthouse Loft and it was absolutely worth it. The suite featured a full-sized kitchen, a spacious lounge area, and a separate bedroom with an ensuite-style bathroom complete with both a shower and bath. Thoughtful extras such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath salts, bed socks, and robes were all provided. To top it off, the stunning views and private jacuzzi/spa made the experience even more special.The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all while enjoying beautiful views of the lake. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist with all your needs. Overall, a fantastic stay that we would highly recommend."
