Hello Jacqui, Thank you for your review. Although reception is not manned 24hrs, we do have a manager who is on call after hours that could have dealt with the noisy guests immediately. Once we were made aware by another guest, they were evicted. We are sorry the actions of the inconsiderate guests affected your stay.

I have passed on your feedback to our housekeeping dept to ensure all linen that is not perfect is not used and sent back to the linen supplier so this does not happen again.
