「Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things....

「This is the most beautiful setting you could imagine- the pool, the river and beautiful green all around. It was very convenient to downtown Cooperstown and an easy drive to the Dream Fields. 「Wonderful place to stay! SO CLEAN!! My family stayed Summer House while our oldest played at CDP. It was only a 7-8 minute to the park. 「Everything about our stay at Toad Hall Carriage House was enjoyable. The interior is extremely clean, carefully decorated and all the amenities you might need are provided. The location is just perfect - far enough away from everything so that you can enjoy peace and quiet on beautiful grounds and close enough to everything with a 5 minute car ride. Britt is a very caring host and checked in to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to possibly visiting...
