“This property is misleading and does not match the listing. The photos shown belong to a different hotel, and at the listed address there was another hotel under a different name with no record of my reservation. I had to contact Expedia to report the issue and arrange a refund, then quickly find another place to stay on arrival. It was a stressful experience, especially as I was traveling with a child and arrived late at night with no accommodation. Expedia should improve their verification……

“I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Staying in a “castle” is such a unique experience compared to a typical franchise hotel. The environment was very comfortable, and the view over Tbilisi was amazing. The location was convenient, with easy access to many attractions. The staff were polite, helpful, and very responsive via WhatsApp, which made communication smooth and efficient. “Property was hardly finished, cleaning service was available by requests numerous requests.staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the place if you traveling with pets.”
