"着いた際にマネージャー?の方などお手伝いしますよーと言ってとてもいい感じでしたが到着した夜も出発の際の朝も若いスタッフがとても不親切/無愛想で何が不満なわからず(カートをわたす時に一言も言わなかったり手伝ってもらえますかと言って表にでてきたわりにいやそうに立ったままだったり)とても不愉快でした。荷物などが多く手が足りず困っていたのでお願いしましたが手伝うなら気持ちよく対応し、そう言ったことはしないのなら「申し訳ありません対応できかねます」ときちんと伝えるなどしてほしいです。スタッフ一同、対応統一して欲しいです。それ以外はホテル施設やお風呂など全く問題がない、素晴らしい滞在でした。"
