"Our goal for our trip to Japan was to hike Mount Fuji, but one of the unexpected highlights was our stay at the Kappo Ryokan Uoichi! "今回、大井川鉄道のイベントに参加しました。 新金谷駅からとても近く、今回はビール列車参加後とても快適に過ごすことができました。 遠方から車で来られる人におすすめです。 宿泊先の隣にはゆい商会というカフェがあり、そこのハンバーガーがとても美味しかったです。 次の日は夢の吊り橋や奥大井湖上駅、道の駅　川根温泉を観光ができ、充実した旅行になりました。"

"朝起きた時、新緑の美しさと鳥の鳴き声に感動しました。ベランダが清掃されていればより良かったです。 バイキング会場は思っていたより近く感じました。温泉施設までバスを出していただき助かりました。 ホテルよりも、Expediaアプリで困りました。 今回は、こどもの年齢がすべて0歳で登録されていました。自分の登録ミスかもしれませんが、確かめる術がありませんでした。 追加料金を支払ってホテルに対応していただき、なんとかなりました。 前回の予約では、値段がホテル側の計算と違うとホテルから連絡をもらいました。 一度アプリ側に問い合わせましたが、結局その後メールは頂けず音沙汰ないので予約はキャンセルしました。 海外のアプリだからシステムが違うとどちらのホテルからも指摘されました。 日本のホテル予約も快適に使えるアプリであって欲しいです。"

"The location of the hotel is perfect as its just next to the exit of IC "highway" and Yaizu fish market. Room is good but there were 5 to 6 buds in our room and when we arrive hotel, we were told there is more then enough parking space but we were asked to park the car at another parking that we need to cross around the area. After parking the car, as a foreigner its quite difficult to remember the path back to hotel specially at nite time. Even with google map the path returning to hotel...
