「同行朋友忘記帶鑰匙請櫃臺在我們回來時給鑰匙，回來時即使原本人員已下班，但有留字條給之後的櫃臺人員，交班很確實！ 晚上借刀子切蛋糕時，服務很親切，還主動拿盤子叉子，甚至告訴我們用完放房間即可，不必特地拿下來還～ 唯一美中不足的是，對自己拖大件行李的旅客來說，飯店距離中村火車站有點遠至少要走5分鐘以上。」
