“Considering this is a 4-star property, I expected much better. The room and lobby was not cleaned properly, and the quality of the wooden fittings, especially the doors, was quite poor. The food was decent, but overall the experience fell well below the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel.”

“Please take into account I was a foreign tourist. The plus's are the service was good and the tea was excellent. The negatives are the building and grounds pictured in the listing are no longer in use. They are being replaced with a completely new hotel which is under construction.
