Staff, especially the manager, was helpful. Some rooms, including mine, had no view. Breakfast was usually not ready even at 8:00.

Hotel stay was good

Hotel was good. Room was good, staff were polite and helpful. There was only one problem. The room which was allocated to me having very noisy surrounding. Through out the night monkeys were fighting outside and it was very disturbing.

Property location is good in sesnse of near by the mall road, but difficult to find it out as even google location is incorrect. If i have heavy luggage, please think twice. There is a climb of aprox 15 mnts from victory tunnel. Overall stay was excellent , food was nice.

They charged me for my food again which I was already paid at the time of eating they charged me already paid amount on my check out bill. At the time of checkout when they give me bill I already I told at that time on reception that I already paid this specific amount for my dinner but they told me that I didn't paid then I thought that leave it when I search bill in my bag then I will contact the hotel and I leave that hotel at the time then I checked in my bag few hours later after I check out from hotel I found I found there is a bill in my bag and it shows that I already paid then I call to the hotel they told me that they will check and let me know cyclist photo of that mail which I already paid and send it to their WhatsApp number they told me then they ask to that waiter who came for bill in my room but I remember that I gave I already paid that among because the currency which I was given Indian currency its 3 notes of 200 rupees and one note of of hundred rupees and one note is 50 rupees that's why I remember because I am not carrying any 500 or 2000 rupees note. I didn't get my money back till now

Pros: - Newly renovated, so its amazingly hygienic - Location is a little difficult to find but its just 5 mins walk to the happening Mall Cons: - Staff is unprofessional but they try to be supportive to their best possible extent - Rooms are 0% sound proof, even a small whisper in the corridor echoes loud. - Hotel staff forces to make payment by cash, but i challenged & they allowed payment by card. - Photos and amenities mentioned on partner websites are incorrect.
