Very good hotel, big and well cleanness room Location also convenience

Hotel maintain in good condition which is conveniently located. Will return again if rates are good

APA Sugamo Review Spotless rooms and impeccable cleanliness throughout, including the relaxing top-floor bath. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic, warm, and eager to help with everything. Excellent overall service, unbeatable location near JR Sugamo Station, and outstanding value. Highly recommended—I would gladly stay again.

Everything

Nice and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable place for stay. Thank you.

Very nice environment for welcome drinks.

Staff are helpful and the facilities are nice.

Good

The staff are very friendly and helpful, even assisting with restaurant reservations. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the kitchenware is fully equipped and perfectly clean. In addition to the daily complimentary bottled water, there is free coffee available in the lobby. They even provide facial cleansing and skincare products. Great location with lots of cafes and dining options nearby. The only drawback is the 15-minute walk to Shinjuku Center. On the bright side, the subway is only...
