「It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. 」

「Communication: easy to communicate with the owners via whatsapp prior to our arrival and once we were there to organise shuttles etc. Staff: whilst we were there, the owners were away however Alex looked after all of our requests. 「A warm & welcoming accommodation! Run by a pair of old yet energetic couple (can call them Papi & Mami) & makes you feel home :) Have a Grand Piano at the dining area. Guests can play & sing. Have a karaoke system too but haven't tried. Spacious room can fit for 2 -3 people. With separate toilet in each room. Real onsen water for the shower & bath. With washing machine but I haven't used. Nice continental breakfast prepared by Mami. Pity that didn't try the dinner. Papi could offer pick...
