「We were spoilt with first class attention and assistance from Andrew, the host, and staff. It is why we like to choose an owner establishment rather than a 'marbled foyer'. A warm lounge and wine and conversation to come back to at the end of an unbelievable ski day. Love the underfloor heating! The shuttle is quick, easy and flexible. "Our stay at TOU was truly relaxing, the hotel condition was excellent, everywhere was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they shared great recommendations of ‘must see attractions’ delivering unique and memorable experience of Kusatsu Onsen. We had the half board, stayed 2 nights there, the dining experience was amazing, great food, well-decorated dishes and polite staff. Our highly recommended stay at Kusatsu."
