「A fantastic spot to spend a week in Tokyo - great location approx 10-15 min walk from Ebisu and Hiro-o station so very well connected. Compact but comfortable living space and kitchen - well appointed bathroom. We did have an odd request to stay away from the neighbours as they didn’t like foreigners however this did not impact our stay at all and we did not meet said neighbour.We would happy stay here again 」

「The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is well decorated and equipped for comfort and having a good relaxing time. The house is clean. Rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally large for Tokyo standards. Furniture is beautiful and comfortable. Amenities are easy to use and adds to the comfort at home. I would definitely go back next time I visit Tokyo. 」

「We travelled to Tokyo for 13 days over spring break 2025 with two adults and three teens The house is perfect for a family of 5 IMO, the 4th floor served as the primary suite, the 2nd floor beds were perfrect for my two younger teens, and my oldest was comfortable on the 3rd floor bedroom off the kitchen. 「It is close to the station, about a minute walk across the railroad crossing, and there is a Japanese izakaya on the first floor and a café and family mart nearby. The living room is larger than most hotel rooms and refreshing. Everything in the apartment looks new. The space is large and perfect for a family vacation. The railroad tracks are nearby, so that is the only concern for some people.」

"I enjoyed my stay a lot whilst my husband didn't. The bathroom is really small for big people. Easy to make a mess on toilet luckily it's a wet room design so can clean easily. A step to access the toilet so not user friendly to elderly people. Bed was a double, still quite small for big people. Heating made the room really stuffy and warm, had to borrow a fan and opened room door to ventilate often. No Netflix, but can screen cast YouTube. Really like the buffet on 4F, convenience store on 2F, laundry facilities and public bath house on B1F. Sky pool not opened. Didn't use the gym but looked okay. Good location, decent price, overall I'm satisfied. There is a money currency exchange machine downstairs, didn't accept small bills but ok, very convenient, not bad rates but airport better. In neighbourhood there are restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Therefore very convenient. Easy access to central areas. One downside is early checkout time at 10am, we paid 4000yen for two hours extension, so checked out at 12pm."
