"The property is nice, clean and in a good location. However, communication was lacking throughout our stay. The door is opened using a PIN code. No codes to the door were provided prior to our arrival. This was at 7:30pm. With a family of two young children and not knowing if we would be able to open the door to the property that night, this caused much distress. We were able to contact the property owner who provided us with the codes after about 40 minutes. The next day we arrived at the...

"The staff are very helpful and friendly, always give out helping hands and the best arrangement for us. The fireworks at garden pool was unforgettably pretty. The kids love the manza beach, the marine ocean park and all the marine activities. We can snorkel and discover a range of fish (even clownfish) "
