The boiler was broken the whole time we were there and there was no hot water, so had to pay to use the public baths a few blocks away. The room was pretty worn, but the location was great

9/10 Wonderful! (563 reviews)
The pillows were bad. It was very flat, barely any cushion or support. It was so bad I had to use my jacket as a blanket so I can fold my blanket and use it as a pillow.
Everything about the place is great. Staff was AMAZING! It's really clean, nice location, the free breakfast is delicious. But the pillow was a major downfall. I got sore neck and couldn't sleep well, tossing amd turning. Kind of ruined my next day energy to sightseeing.
