How they did not know this for 2 months is beyond my comprehension. They apologized and basically told me it was my problem to deal with and also told me to cancel. "Always 5-stars for the Alexander. Mike and Mrs Mike are very welcoming and nothing is a drama. Rooms are always clean and we love the views from the outside table/chairs (evening wine and snackies, while watching the variety of birds).
