“The hotel is very clean, I liked the pool and the kids room and playground, the nature around it, however it’s was inconvenient to walk to the beach that far. Also there are no restaurants at the hotel, you should walk 5 min to the restaurant.”

“Loved the rooms, staff, cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately roof terrace was being upgraded so unable to use, which was a shame. Also the three bars/ resteraunts within 50 yards of hotel, were excellent for food and drink. Forgot to mention breakfast in hotel was very nice. All in all an enjoyable stay”

“The staff was courteous. We were in room 11A. The rug in the living space was visibly dirty and the lamps were like cheap IKEA fixtures. The tables were blocks of concrete with flimsily attached tops. Couch was too low for comfort. Curtains would not close. Otherwise, great views, nice restaurant, good location. For Bulgaria, it was a nice property. ”

“It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant……

“Very nice clean modern room, staff were helpful although limited English speaking on reception at later check in time. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool looked nice, although too cold for us to try and use. Limited utensils in room however, need a few more. Too far out of Varna City, had to get taxi's everywhere. One restaurant in walking distance but was out of season so limited opening hours. Same for hotel on site restaurant in the evenings. Supermarket just down the street which was very……

“Die Anlage ist insgesamt in Ordnung, wirkt jedoch bereits etwas abgewohnt. Sie ist deutlich einfacher und weniger modern, als es die Fotos vermuten lassen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Leider hat die Klimaanlage während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, und auch die Handtücher wirkten nicht besonders frisch. Die Vorhänge verdunkeln nur unzureichend, sodass morgens viel Licht ins Zimmer fällt und es sich schnell aufheizt. Zudem gibt es keinen……

“The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. Still, the first impression……

“Der Aufenthalt war zufriedenstellend. Der Service könnte jedoch noch verbessert werden. 1. Die App während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert. 2. Auf der Homepage wird mit mehreren Restaurants geworben. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren jedoch die wenigsten geöffnet, eine Information, dass diese nicht geöffnet sind haben wir nicht bekommen. Die Auswahl und das Angebot waren jedoch ein Entscheidungskriterium bei der Urlaubsbuchung. 3. Lt. Auskunft an der Rezeption gibt keine Buggy`s oder……

“Even though this is a small hotel, but have everything you need, great location, near the ocean, park and many restaurants. Grest staffs. 20 minutes drive to the airport. Very good continental breakfast which was included in the price. Definitely will stay here again when we are back to Varna .”

“Ok and cheap. Not sure where the sauna or gym in the pictures are. The room was large, but noise could be heard from corridor. The bathroom was flooded every time I showered. The bed was a bit hard, but I slept fine. ”
