「Overall, we had a good stay, but the room description was very misleading. We specifically booked a room listed as having “2 twin beds” for a business trip, but were given one queen bed and a sofa instead. The sofa bed wasn’t even prepared, so we had to make it ourselves. There was also no shampoo or basic toiletries in the bathroom. The room description and amenities should be more accurate.」

「The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...

「The hotel was quite extensive, with a lot to do. A restaurant, a pool, and a nature center. It was about a 20 minute walk from the beach. My suite was very large. 6 rooms total. And it had a veranda balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was very old and squeaked. But it was decently comfortable. Breakfast was good quality with a wide variety of items. The location is a bit out of the way, so you can't really get there by public transportation. Overall, it was a good stay.」

「I loved the view from my balcony. Its right on the beach. There are several restaurants within spitting distance of the property. Its perfectly located if you want a relaxing beach get away. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop jacuzzi is so perfect late at night. Loved it here. Would totally stay here again.」
