Welcome to your dream coastal getaway in Shoal Bay, NSW! Our beachfront property boasts unobstructed ocean and mountain views, perfect for your family holiday. Recently renovated, our luxurious apartment offers infant amenities, ensuring a stress-free vacation. Walking distance to Shoal Bay Country Club and Atmos yet secluded for relaxation. Welcome to your coastal oasis with unparalleled views! This beachfront apartment boasts unobstructed vistas of both the shimmering ocean and majestic mountains, offering a breathtaking backdrop for your retreat. With 8 beds, including a luxurious king bed, a cozy queen bed, and 2 sets of bunk beds, there's ample space for everyone.
The open-plan living area is perfect for socializing and relaxation, while bedrooms 2 and 3 offer added entertainment with their own TVs. Stay comfortable with fans in every room and air conditioning in the living room.
Whip up delicious meals in the fully functional kitchen, equipped with everything you need for a culinary adventure. Whether you're soaking in the views from the balcony or unwinding indoors, this apartment provides the perfect blend of comfort and luxury for your coastal getaway.
Bedroom 1 - King bed located at the front of the apartment. This room is open with no door looking out to the view.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed located at the back of the apartment. This is an open room off the hallway across from the bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - 2 bunk beds off the hallway. Can also add portable cot with mattress in this room.
Parking:
1 Parking space available at the rear of the property.

To help make your stay as relaxing as possible, please note our house rules are as follows:
This is NOT a pet-friendly property.
Quality linen and towels are provided.
Please note that during peak periods and holidays, the high volume of visitors in the Port Stephens Region may result in intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity.
Age limits please note we are unable to accommodate ‘schoolies’ or booking where guests are all under the age of 25.
No parties or events as we are situated in a residential building. Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.
Additional charges may apply if the property is not left in a reasonable condition upon departure. This may include, but is not limited to, items such as a dirty BBQ, excessive rubbish, or extra cleaning required.
Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.
Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
