“We pulled up to a very pretty house, big open front deck with porch swing and lovely seating area. Mary greeted us at the door and we got to know each other over a truly sublime homemade carrot cake and conversation around a cozy kitchen table. Her entire home is recently and tastefully renovated, clean and comfortable and we were made to feel right at home. 10 minutes away there was Kauneonga Lake with a small marina and 3 restaurants to choose from for dinner. “It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel.
The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location.
We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying”

“Room was clean and light-filled. Bed was very comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was tasty and offered something for everyone. Enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning. Delaney was an excellent host - available, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Love the Malin-Goetz bathroom amenities. Only suggestion would be to have a small-footprint recliner in the room to have somewhere to sit besides the bed. Will happily return 😊”

“We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was gourmet! Homemade waffles, bacon, a poached pear, arugula salad with kiwi and blueberries and homemade cinnamon scones with lemon curd and clotted cream! Decadent to say the least.
