"Excellent hotel and Excellent service "

"Great staff, great stay, the room was in great condition and it was set up exactly the way we needed. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Amenities were great, they had everything that you could need. The only point I would add is the the shower could have a sliding door to keep the water inside but otherwise no complaints at all."

"Very enjoyable stay!"

"Friendly staff, good breakfast"

"Fine location, amenities nearby, good staff, could be cleaner"

"Very nice property "

"Arrived at the hotel, that we had used many times before and much liked, to find a building site. Totally covered in scaffold with upper floors and external areas being remodelled and extended. Very noisy and dusty. We left after a short stay. The staff were very sympathetic and embarrassed. There no mention of any of this through the booking process in spite of email contact with the hotel or from Expedia who actioned the arrangement. Very disappointing."

"Good breakfast.. attentive staff"

"This was the perfect place for our 1 night stay before our early morning flight. It was clean, compact with all the necessities. It looked recently modernized. The staff was very helpful although they did struggle a little with English and unfortunately that is the only language I speak. It was a quick 15 minute Uber ride to the airport. Although it might take longer later in the day. I would stay there again before an early morning flight."

"Clean room, good size, easy to find transport, close to airport. "

"Clean rooms, friendly staff and nice atmosphere "

"Pelayanan dari staff bernama shanaz sangat baik dan ramah tapi untuk kamar gak begitu bagus dan kebersihan kamarnya gak begitu bersih juga dan wcnya kurang bersih juga. Kondisi bangunan sudah tua. Saya harap pemilik hostel perlu melakukan perbaikan. Tapi pelayanan staffnya ramah dan baik"

"Property is next to the Metro blue line very convenient to travel other parts of the city"

"The rooms were clean but small with no clothes hanging space . The shower was good but again no shower door , so the water was splashed out on the floor which made floor slippery. Vegetarian breakfast was good. The staff were very attentive."
