「Would have given excellent all round if they werent upgrading the a/c dining room which meant meals were served in the outdoor cafe which was full of flies. They did their best and gave us room service. Pool was excellent」

「Like: Location walkable into town and the rock carvings. On a large plot running down to the sea and huge pool. Cottage was spacious with view over golf course to the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Large comfortable bed. Dislike: Sunbeds need renewing. 2 of stairs into pool broken. Litter not cleared away.No chairs/ sun beds on the beach and unfinished buildings next to the beach. Resort needs some TLC which may have started as lobby area being renovated.」

「I waited two months to avoid writing this review, but the hotel owners are not responding. 1) I got charged 4 times, across three cards. The credit card companies and I are trying to contact them for the past few weeks, but they won’t respond. At. All. 2) we ate once at the restaurant on the property. The hotel manager seemed strange, incoherent and repeatedly saying what he wanted to say. I speak Tamil, but couldn’t get the guy to bring only what we ordered and charge only the price listed....

「The price an quality doesn't match, this is a basic hotel. Garbage of some party thrown on lawn on the way to Beach, which stinking badly. The resort looks good outside bit rooms are very bad. Not worth for the money spent. 」

「Nice simple affordable hotel in the middle of Mamallapuram’s main attractions. The hotel is basic but has great rooms with fantastic pool area. Restaurant is ok but there are better options outside the hotel.」

「Hotel is exactly as shown in pictures. I got this at 800rupees for non ac room. Room was very neat and clean. The matrices was not that cozy but it's comfortable to have good sleep. Even though it was a non AC room the sealing fan was enough in the room. Infact sometimes i kept the fan off. There was no hot water in the bathroom but i didn't asked for it as I didn't required. But I guess they have the hot water arrangements for bathroom. There are table and chair arrangements out side every room...

「Nothing to like. This is not a resort but a hotel with extended property. Nothing special. Extremely understaffed. No one to clean the tables or service the restaurant. Pool closes at 6 pm. Very limited options in buffet. They said sea view room but when we went there they said there's no sea view room in property. No need to stay here and pay high for this disappointing stay.」

「It is a eco friendly and a very clean and pleasant property. The only thing very obnoxious about the whole thing was room guest walking around the reception area to their rooms on 1st floor wrapped around only with a towel from the swimming pool. The club should maintain some decorum. This was the most unpleasant feeling with wife and daughter around. Otherwise every thing was fantastic」

「This is probably the best accommodation we saw in the town itself. It was brightly lit and easy to find. The streets around the hotel are dirty but probablly no more dirty than anywhere in India. I cant blame the hotel for thet. The staff here are very helpful and courteous. I enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to reccomend it to anyone. There are a few nice restaurants next to the hotel where you can get a beer and some wine.」
