“**Overall lowest experience of all vacation rental experiences**
Pros:
- Out-of-season pricing (in-season is total rip-off),
- Relatively clean
- Safe community
- Comfortable beds
- Decent bathrooms
- Good AC (except for noise - see below)
Cons:
- Front & Rear door locks both beeped and auto unlocked at the same time at midnight on the last night
- Cheap shades in bedrooms didn't fully cover windows
- Under-furnished. Despite red flags in reading reviews & owner responses on there not being……
