“Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out. “Adorable cottage in a perfect location to walk into West Hampton town and the beaches. Easy check-in with great communication. Plenty of amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all you need to have a BBQ. Peaceful backyard - perfect to relax and read or enjoy an outside BBQ with family. I was with 2 girls friends and it was great for our needs.”

“The house is plenty big enough for our family with multiple sleeping options. The outside was a huge addition to our big group with kids. If we ever need to come back to this area, this will be the first place I look for.”

“The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort.”

“This property is beautiful and the host was very responsive. We were in town for a funeral so unfortunately wasnt able to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked to. The view is breathtaking, we saw deer, wild turkeys, swans and more. I would suggest kids 8 would be better suited. I had to chase my little around to ensure they weren't touching or playing with any of the decorations. Plenty of bathrooms and counter space. No cell reception but the Wi-Fi worked throughout the whole home.……
