「Property manager was super responsive. House was well-appointed with everything you'd need, and having two living rooms was an added bonus! View of the lake was great and we had fun floating in our inner tubes/hanging out in the shade when it was hot. Fire pit was great too, we had fun roasting marshmallows. Great place for a family vacation!」

「We were visiting family in nearby Brandon. The space was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was set up with breakfast items and fridge had eggs, bread, milk, water, and basic condiments. The piano was a treat and allowed me to work on some preparation for a concert in the coming week. David is a very attentive host and the story behind the place is fascinating. 」

「The location is beautiful - a long frontage on Lake George. The condition of the property is, literally, pristine. I am not sure how it manages to be so perfectly maintained and still look like a traditional lake resort. We could not have been more pleased.」

「The house was very clean & well appointed! Group of us were in the area for a wedding, plenty of room & wonderful accommodations! Michelle was so great, one of our party left some items in the house after checkout & Michelle went out of her way to make sure we got them back! Highly highly recommend this place!」

「We had a great stay at the overlook site! Our site was exacty what the owner stated it would be. Swimming hole was so fun and we appreciated that he had fun stuff and floats/life vest for the kids! We were able to explore the area and visit Fort Ticonderoga during our stay and Kieth told us about some other fun things to do with our kids in the area.」

「The cabin is clean and charming, the property is enchanting, and every detail is attended to. You have easy access to Brant Lake while enjoying quiet, private Clearwater Lake right in your back yard. My boys and are are avid runners and enjoyed the scenery and the challenge of the local hills. Jeff is helpful and responsive…We will definitely be back. 」
