It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids, but we could potentially have slept a few more given the extra beds in basement. I will say that there must not have been recent guests before us because we saw a lot of dust and cobwebs on the windows and room fans, but we cleaned it up as needed. The walk to the beach was much further than we anticipated, thankfully our 4 year old is always up for an adventure as the path down and pack up is extremely steep.
