Emerald Point has 2 Master Suites, each with a private entrance to the screened porch and a luxury full bathroom. Each suite sleeps 4. Kitchen has a gas range & filtered drinking water faucet, it overlooks the living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and screened porch. 4 CABINS AVAILABLE! We can sleep 23 in beds! (More if on couches and cots)

We live in the area, about 20 miles from Emerald Isle. We are always available for questions, information, or help!
Cross Lake is a beautiful lake and is enjoyed year round for boating, fishing, sailing, and bird watching. Sit on your private porch and watch the Great Blue Herons sail in and land, keep your eyes peeled for "Alli" the alligator! There is a boat launch 2 miles away, as well as a great seafood restaurant on the lake, they have floating docks so you can get there by boat or car! Brookshires grocery store is a few miles away, as well as Circle K & Dollar General & a brand new Dollar Tree.

Enjoy the sounds of nature all day long at the Cabins at Emerald Isle! The property features 4 cabins. Currently available are Emerald Point, Emerald Cottage, Emerald Cove & Tiny Emerald - and available soon The Lodge at Emerald Isle. Emerald Point special features include: Screened back porch overlooking Emerald Point which is surrounded by water on 3 sides & features majestic Cypress trees, large fenced backyard, covered 2-vehicle parking, (used for seating but can move the furniture if you prefer to park in carport) outdoor fire pit, luggage ramp, ceiling fans in each bedroom, pillow top mattresses, luxury bedding & linens, washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen, 3 eating area's, (bar, breakfast table, farm table) Each bedroom contains 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds (twin w/rolling trundle), and 1 large walk-in closet. One bedroom has exterior door which connects to Emerald Cove Cabin if you need both cabins. We have a 50' fishing pier and a boat stall available with a deep channel to open water. Boat launch is just 2 minutes away. Amenities include a paddle board, kayaks, a jon boat, paddles & life jackets. If you are wanting something specific to make your experience perfect, please ask!

There is plenty to do in the downtown Shreveport/Bossier area. We have Riverboat Casinos, the Shreveport Aquarium, & Sci-port Discovery Center. You can enjoy shopping,(Bass Pro for the guys!) eating, and movies at the Louisiana Boardwalk, all overlooking the Red River!
