Beautiful family home, tastefully decorated with attention to detail. We stayed in the John Buckmaster room which was spacious and stylish, large comfortable bed with quality soft furnishings. Lovely views of the stunning fall foliage from all four bedroom windows. Breakfast was a real treat, fresh fruit salad, homemade quiche, cakes and french toast. Highly recommended for a short stay in this scenic mountain area.

Although some may not like the location of this BnB, I loved it because it is located out in the country which gave me some great opportunities to walk the country roads and see some beautiful sights, especially since it was Fall and I could see the beauty of God's creation as the tree leaves were changing color. Our hosts were very kind and helpful, and the breakfasts which they provided were not only very tasty, but filling as well. The BnB was kept in its original decor and very beautiful. Don't miss the chance to stay at this out of the way, quiet BnB, By the way, it is located next to the Smith Maple Crest Farm Sugarbush where you can purchase various types of maple products.

This is a Great, Small, family owned and Operated Inn. I grew up in Vermont and try to get back to visit my Family as Often as possible. The Buckmaster will be our home-base as long as Liz and Rich continue to Own this very Nice Throwback Facility. Oh, the Breakfast is a surprise. No Powdered Scrambled Eggs or Canned Anything. If you are a Coffee person, theirs is Fresh Perked and Catches your Nose before your feet enter the Dining Room. Give them a Shot the next time you are in Mid-Vermont.
